Ciara is an Executive leader with over 25 years’ global experience in the fast paced and competitive environment of tourism and hospitality. She has strong commercial acumen and extensive experience working with International markets specialising in repositioning businesses, improving business performance and development of new business strategy with a proven track record successfully delivering increased revenues specialising in hotels and tourism within luxury markets.

Hanley Strategic Solutions was setup by Ciara as a result of the dynamic and varied experience, gained working in commercial business and operations with international brands including InterContinental, Marriott and Hilton as well as small independent 4 and 5 Star Hotels. 

Ciara’s key to success is an ability to build strong internal and external relationships with a solid industry network built over many years. She thrives on a challenge, is hands on and has a solutions based approach driven by achieving results. She is passionate about all things hospitality having begun working in the industry at 15 years old.
